Dust free bleaching powder ideal for any bleaching, color remover or highlights. It allows to obtain a higher lightening level and uniform results.

How to use:
In a non metal bowl, pour the necessary quantity of bleaching powder, 50cc/ml of Toujours Oxi for each dose of powder and mix until you obtain a smooth cream. Start with application; after leave in time, rinse abundantly and wash with an appropriate shampoo.
